A/C went out and needed to be replaced. Also had issues with furnace having rust/water damage and hot water tank had major corrosion on pipe going into tank. Gave a great price on all three units as I quoted with others, provided Consumer Report on mfg. make/model, removed old and installed same day. Surprised me with a surge protector for the furnace (awesome) and piped water condensation from a/c into sink instead of the grass outside. Left everything clean as though they were never there. YES I RECCOMMED M.P.VIVO! I got several estaments for new furnance & air conditioner, M.P.VIVO along with everyone of his employees (the person the gave me the estamate, the installers, and Dave the office manager) were prompt, kind, had enough of a sense of humor that I was totally impressed! The job was well done, both my heating and electric bills were lower (happy happy).I had in issue yesterday, I called after to office was closed, I recieved a return call in the evening and my problem was solved early this morning.I've heard back from friends telling me the companies they used, and they were not happy, I told them of my experience and they were happy to hear it! We called them for a second opinion on an older unit that we were advised could only be replaced and not repaired. After initially scheduling the appointment, they reached back out to move our appointment time up which I was very impressed by. Sure enough the owner arrived on site right when he said he would be there the following morning. After a very short time, he found the problem and promptly fixed it, saving us thousands of dollars we would have spent unnecessarily at this time. Awesome knowledge and expertise. We will definitely be repeat customers!

I was so worried that we would have to spend a ton of money to repair or replace our air conditioning. I was very pleased with the honesty of the technician. In 45 minutes, he had us set up again, and the expense was less than 300 dollars. He could have tried to sell me a whole new system and given me the "doom and gloom" talk, but he was honest.
